RESPONSIBILITIES: – Support our Customer Success Team – Extract, process and analyze CS data – Develop, implement and track processes – Support the Customer Success Team through our CRM (Hubspot) – Generate reports and analysis over trends – Develop, implement and track performance KPIs – Create and implement tools to support the CS Team – Build automations


IF YOU: – Speak English – Has analytical and critical thinking – Understand the needs of others and is very empathetic – Don’t settle – Has high execution speed – Focus on results rather than tasks – Leaving the comfort zone is a daily activity – It is curious and search for continuous improvements in processes – Have good communication skills – Eat Excel for breakfast – SQL and programming skills are a plus It means we’re looking for you!
